Kinniburgh South is a unique new community in Chestermere, as all of the available homes and lots are sizeable enough to be considered semi-estate properties.

The community does not have any multi-family-style homes or laned homes, and lots are generally large enough to accommodate triple car garages and large yards. This creates a sense of space throughout the community. Enjoy family dinners together, and still have your own space for quiet study, hobbies or working from home. Basement developments with side entries can offer suited living for older children or ageing parents.
